مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ حُمْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ مَمْلُوكاً لَهُ قَالَ

يُعْتِقُ رَقَبَةً وَ يَصُومُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتابِعَيْنِ وَ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub, from Humran, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws regarding the man who kills a slave of his. He asws said: ‘He has to emancipate a neck, and Fast for two months consecutively, and repents to Allah azwj Mighty and Majestic’.
