Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Ibn Muskan, Abu Abdullah asws has said: ‘Wergild of the slave is his value. So if he was precious, so the highest of his value would be a thousand Dirhams, and the wergild of the free would not be exceeded by it’.
