Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah asws , ‘A ‘ Mudabbir ’ (Slave promised freedom upon the death of his master), who killed a man in error, who is responsible from him?’ He asws said: ‘His master has to reconcile from him. But, if they refuse, he would be handed over to the guardians of the killed one to serve them until he dies, the one who had promised him freedom. Then he is returned as free, there not being a way against him’. And in another report: ‘And he has to work regarding his value’.
