قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِي أَنْفِ الْعَبْدِ أَوْ ذَكَرِهِ أَوْ شَيْءٍ يُحِيطُ بِثَمَنِهِ أَنَّهُ يُؤَدِّي إِلَى مَوْلَاهُ قِيمَةَ الْعَبْدِ وَ يَأْخُذُ الْعَبْدَ.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Fazzal, from Yunus Bin Yaqoub, from Abu Maryam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen asws judged regarding a nose of the slave, or his manhood, or something which overcame his value, and he has to pay to his master the value of the slave, and take the slave’.
