عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ الْحَمَّارِ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِي رَجُلٍ كُسِرَ صُلْبُهُ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ أَنَّ فِيهِ الدِّيَةَ.
English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Suleyman Al Hammar, from Bureyd Al Ajaly, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen asws judged regarding a man who broke his back, so he was not able to sit, that regarding it is the (complete) wergild’.
