عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ يُضْرَبُ عَلَى عِجَانِهِ فَلَا يَسْتَمْسِكُ غَائِطُهُ وَ لَا بَوْلُهُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً.
English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Is’haq Bin Ammar who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah asws saying: ‘Amir Al-Momineen asws judged regarding the man who was struck upon his lower area, so he could no longer withhold his faeces nor his urine - regarding that is the complete wergild’.
