بَابُ أَنَّ الْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ‌

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ أَعْوَرَ فَقَأَ عَيْنَ صَحِيحٍ مُتَعَمِّداً فَقَالَ تُفْقَأُ عَيْنُهُ قُلْتُ يَكُونُ أَعْمَى قَالَ فَقَالَ الْحَقُّ أَعْمَاهُ.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Saeed, from Fazalat, from Aban, from a man, (The narrator) says, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about a one-eyed man who blinded an eye of the healthy one deliberately. So he asws said: ‘His eye would be blinded’. I said, ‘He would become (completely) blind’. So he asws said: ‘It is the right (of the victim) which would have been blinded by him’.
