قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِيمَنْ قَتَلَ كَلْبَ الصَّيْدِ قَالَ يُقَوِّمُهُ وَ كَذَلِكَ الْبَازِي وَ كَذَلِكَ كَلْبُ الْغَنَمِ وَ كَذَلِكَ كَلْبُ الْحَائِطِ.

Ali, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen asws said regarding the one who killed the hunting dog: ‘It would be evaluated, and similar to that is the falcon, and similar to that is the sheep dog, and similar to that is the wall (guard) dog’.
