يَحْيَى الْحَلَبِيُّ عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ- كَأَنَّما أُغْشِيَتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ قِطَعاً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مُظْلِماً قَالَ

أَ مَا تَرَى الْبَيْتَ إِذَا كَانَ اللَّيْلُ كَانَ أَشَدَّ سَوَاداً مِنْ خَارِجٍ فَلِذَلِكَ هُمْ يَزْدَادُونَ سَوَاداً.

355. Yahya Al-halby, from Al-Musna, from Abu Baseer, who has said: Abu Abdullah (asws) regarding the Statement of Allah (azwj) Mighty and Majestic: “[10:27] as if their faces had been covered with slices of the dense darkness of night”, he (asws) said: ‘But, have you seen the house when it is the night, so it would be darker inside than the outside of it. So, like that, their darkness would be increased’.
