الْمُؤْمِنُ مُكَفَّرٌ. - وَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى وَ ذَلِكَ أَنَّ مَعْرُوفَهُ يَصْعَدُ إِلَى اللَّهِ فَلَا يُنْشَرُ فِي النَّاسِ وَ الْكَافِرُ مَشْكُورٌ.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Hajjal from Dawud ibn abu Yazid from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘A believer is not appreciated.’ It is narrated in another Hadith : ‘This is because the virtues of a believer are taken to Allah, thus, they do not spread among the people and an unbeliever is appreciated.’”

[1]على بناء المفعول من التفعيل أي المجحود النعمة مع احسانه و هو ضد للمشكور أي لا يشكر الناس معروفه. روى الصدوق في العلل بإسناده عن الحسين بن جعفر عن أبيه، عن جده عليّ بن الحسين عليهم السلام قال: كان رسول اللّه صلّى اللّه عليه و آله مكفرا، لا يشكر معروفه و لقد كان معروفه على القرشيّ و العربى و العجمى. و من كان أعظم معروفا من رسول اللّه على هذا الخلق؛ و كذلك نحن أهل البيت مكفرون، لا يشكر معروفنا و خيار المؤمنين مكفرون لا يشكر معروفهم.ص 251
