Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from ‘Amr ibn Shamir from Jabir from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Had harshness been among the visible creatures it would have looked the most loathsome of the creatures of Allah.’”
