عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ع عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص‌ مَنْ أَرْضَى سُلْطَاناً بِسَخَطِ اللَّهِ خَرَجَ مِنْ دِينِ اللَّهِ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) from his father from Jabir ibn ‘Abd Allah (al-Ansari) who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Whoever seeks the pleasure of a king by a means that anger Allah, has moved out of the religion of Allah.’”
