قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِذَا مَاتَ الْمَيِّتُ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ فَلَا يَقِيلُ إِلَّا فِي قَبْرِهِ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from al-‘ Abbas ibn Ma’ruf from al-Ya‘qubiy from Musa ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad ibn Muyassir from Harun ibn al-Jahm from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that if one dies in the beginning of the day, he cannot have a nap anywhere other than his grave.”

[1]في أكثر النسخ بالياء المثناة و في بعضها بالباء الموحدة و لعله هو الصواب و هي نسبة إلى بعقوبا قصبة في ساحل نهر ديالة ببغداد. و الظاهر أنّه موسى بن عيسى اليعقوبي المعروف في الرجال و على هذا فلفظة« عن» زائد سهوا من النسّاخ و اللّه أعلم.ص 138
