عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص‌ مَنْ عَزَّى مُصَاباً كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَنْتَقِصَ مِنْ أَجْرِ الْمُصَابِ شَيْئاً.

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from his father from Wahab who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah has said, ‘If one offers condolences to a depressed person, one will have a reward equal to his (depressed person’s) reward without any reduction in the reward for the latter, the sorrowful party.’”
