ذَكَرَ الْحُسَيْنُ أَنَّهُ أَمَرَ مَنْ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى إِلَى جَانِبِ رَجُلٍ فَقَامَ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَ هُوَ لَا يَعْلَمُ ثُمَّ عَلِمَ وَ هُوَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ قَالَ يُحَوِّلُهُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ.

10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad who has the following: Al-Husayn has mentioned that he (the Imam), ’Alayhi al-Salam, commanded a man, who was asking him (the Imam) about a man who was performing Salah (prayer) on the side of a man standing on his left. He did not know (that he is to stand on the right side of the Imam) and then he learned in his Salah (prayer) how he is to do. He (the Imam) commanded to turn him to his right.”

[2]كذا. و يحتمل ارجاع الضمائر كلها الى الامام و يحتمل ارجاع ضميرى« و هو لا يعلم» إلى المأموم اى كان سبب وقوفه عن يسار الامام انه لم يكن يعلم كيف يصنع و لا شك في ارجاع ضمير« ثم علم» إلى الامام و على بعض التقادير يحتمل أن يكون« كيف يصنع» ابتداء للسؤال و المشهور في وقوف المأموم عن يمين الامام الاستحباب و انه لو خالف بان وقف الواحد عن يسار الامام او خلفه لم تبطل صلاته.( آت) أقول في الفقيه« و هو لا يعلم كيف يصنع إذا علم و هو في الصلاة اه»ص 387
