سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْبِيَعِ وَ الْكَنَائِسِ فَقَالَ رُشَّ وَ صَلِّ قَالَ وَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ بُيُوتِ الْمَجُوسِ فَقَالَ رُشَّهَا وَ صَلِّ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about performing Salah (prayer) in al-Biya‘ and churches. He (the Imam) said, ‘Sprinkle, then perform Salah (prayer).’ He (the narrator) has said that he then asked him (the Imam) about the houses of Zoroastrians. He (the Imam) said, ‘Sprinkle and perform Salah (prayer).”’

[1]قال التستريّ- رحمه اللّه-: ان عملنا بهذا ينبغي ان يحمل المنع المتقدم في رواية زرارة عن البعد بين الامام و المأموم بما لا يتخطى على البعد في الأرض المستوى بين الصفوف و بين الصف و الامام و هذا التخصيص بمثل هذه الرواية لا يخلو من اشكال اللّهمّ ألا أن يقال: ان هذه مؤيدة بالاصل.( آت)ص 387
