Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya all from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from Talhah ibn Zayd who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is an established Sunnah that al-Jizyah is not received from those with physical or mental conditions?”
