كَتَبَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ الْهَمَدَانِيُّ إِلَى أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع أَنِّي حَجَجْتُ وَ أَنَا مُخَالِفٌ وَ كُنْتُ صَرُورَةً فَدَخَلْتُ مُتَمَتِّعاً بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِ قَالَ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ أَعِدْ حَجَّكَ.

5. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Mahziyar from who has said the following: “Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Umar al-Hamadaniy once wrote to abu Ja‘far (a.s.), and asked, ‘I performed al-Hajj and I was against ’A’immah, and it was my first al-Hajj; so I entered Makkah with al-‘Umrah for al-Hajj. He (the Imam) wrote to him the answer, ‘Do your al-Hajj again.”’

[3]حمله الشيخ و سائر الاصحاب على الاستحباب و يمكن حمله على أنّه لما كان عند كونه مخالفا غير معتقد للتمتع و أوقعه فلذا أمره بالاعادة فيكون موافقا لقول من قال: لو أخل بركن عنده تجب عليه الإعادة.( آت)ص 275
