Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following: “I once heard Abu `Abd Allah (a.s.), say, £ One who performs Tawaf around the House and al-Safa’ and al-Marwah is out of the state of Ihram, whether he likes or not.’”
