الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمُجَاوِرِ أَ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِ قَالَ نَعَمْ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى مُهَلِّ أَرْضِهِ فَيُلَبِّي إِنْ شَاءَ.

7. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Sama‘ah who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about a man who resides in Makkah: if he can perform al-‘Umrah of al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous). He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so. He goes out to a Miqat (place for assuming the state of Ihram) to say Talbiyah, if he likes.’”

[1]يدل على ان المجاور يتمتع و على المشهور محمول على ما إذا جاور سنتين أو على غير حج الإسلام و يدلّ على ما هو المشهور من أنّه يلزمه أن يخرج إلى الميقات و لا يكفى ادنى الحل مع الاختيار و المهل محل الاهلال أي رفع الصوت في التلبية و المراد به الميقات.( آت)ص 302
