Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has narrated from his father who has said, ‘Talbiyah of a speechless person, his testimony and reading al-Quran in Salat (prayer) is by moving his tongue and making gestures with his finger.’”
