عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَمَتَّعُ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِ يُرِيدُ الْخُرُوجَ إِلَى الطَّائِفِ قَالَ يُهِلُّ بِالْحَجِّ مِنْ مَكَّةَ وَ مَا أُحِبُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنْهَا إِلَّا مُحْرِماً وَ لَا يَتَجَاوَزُ الطَّائِفَ إِنَّهَا قَرِيبَةٌ مِنْ مَكَّةَ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who is for al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous) but wants to go to Ta’if. He (the Imam) said, ‘He must commence al-Hajj from Makkah and I do not like for him to go out without Ihram. He must not go beyond Ta’if; it is not far from Makkah.’”

[1]ظاهره كراهة الخروج و لعلّ التعليل بالقرب لبيان عدم فوت الحجّ بالخروج إليه.( آت) و قال الفيض- رحمه اللّه-: قوله:« انها قريبة» يعنى به أنّه لا يفوته الحجّ بخروجه إليها فلا بأس به و اما مجاوزتها فلا.ص 443
