قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لِرَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ إِذَا رَمَيْتَ الْجِمَارَ كَانَ لَكَ بِكُلِّ حَصَاةٍ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ تُكْتَبُ لَكَ لِمَا تَسْتَقْبِلُ مِنْ عُمُرِكَ.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from Ali ibn Ri’ab from Muhammad ibn Qays who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah (sw), said to a man from al-Ansar, For every pebble you throw on al-Jamar, ten good deeds will be written for you (every year) for the rest of your life.’
