قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَنْ تَمَتَّعَ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ثُمَّ أَقَامَ بِمَكَّةَ حَتَّى يَحْضُرَ الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ فَعَلَيْهِ شَاةٌ وَ مَنْ تَمَتَّعَ فِي غَيْرِ أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ثُمَّ جَاوَرَ حَتَّى يَحْضُرَ الْحَجُّ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ دَمٌ إِنَّمَا هِيَ حَجَّةٌ مُفْرَدَةٌ وَ إِنَّمَا الْأَضْحَى عَلَى أَهْلِ الْأَمْصَارِ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Sinan from ibn Muskan from Sa‘id al-A’raj who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Whoever is for al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous) in the months of al-Hajj. then remains in Makkah until the time of coming al-Hajj, he owes one sheep. Those who are for al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous) in a time other than the months of al-Hajj, then remain in (Makkah) until it is time for al-Hajj, they do not owe anything because it is a Mufrad al-Hajj and al- Adha’. He (the Imam) said, ‘(Offering sacrifice) is on the people of the cities.”’

[2]قوله:« و من تمتع في غير أشهر الحجّ» يعنى انتفع بالعمرة في غير أشهر الحجّ لان عمرة التمتع لا يكون في غيرها. قوله:« و انما الأضحى» لعل الحصر اضافى بالنسبة الى المتمتع و ربما يحمل الأضحى على الهدى فيستأنس له، لقول من قال: ان الهدى لا يجب على من تمتع من أهل مكّة و لا يخفى بعده.( آت) و قال الفيض- رحمه اللّه-: الأضحى جمع الاضحاة و هي الاضحية حاصل الحديث ان المتمتع يجب عليه الهدى و غير المتمتع لا يجب عليه الهدى، و الاضحية ليست الا على أهل الامصار ممن لم يحضر الحجّ دون من حضر.ص 487
