حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص الْمَدِينَةَ قَالَ نَعَمْ حَرَّمَ بَرِيداً فِي بَرِيدٍ غَضَاها قَالَ قُلْتُ صَيْدَهَا قَالَ لَا يَكْذِبُ النَّاسُ.

2. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from more than one person from Aban from abu al-‘Abbas who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ’Is al-Madinah the sacred place of the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause?’ He (the Imam) replied, ’Yes, he made it a one square Barid (a certain area of land) with its trees an area of sacred status.’ I (the narrator) then asked, ’What about hunting in such area?’ He (the Imam) replied, ’People’s words are not rejected.’” (Please consult Fatwa for this Hadith)

[1]« غضاها» قال الجوهريّ في باب الهاء في فصل العين المهملة: العضاة: كل شجر يعظم و له شوك. و في باب الياء في فصل الغين المعجمة: الغضى: شجر. و قال في المنتقى: قد ضبطت بالغين في الكافي و التهذيب و لا يخلو من نظر اذ ظاهر أن المراد هاهنا مطلق الشجر و الغضى« بقية الحاشية في الصفحة الآتية»« بقية الحاشية من الصفحة الماضية» شجر مخصوص انتهى أقول: مع مخالفة النسخ و ارتكاب التصحيف لا يثبت العموم الذي هو المدعى كما لا يخفى.( آت) و في هامش المطبوع قوله:« لا يكذب الناس» كلمة« لا» مقطوعة عما بعدها. انتهى. و قال المجلسيّ- رحمه اللّه- ظاهره تكذيب الناس و ان احتمل التصديق أيضا و حمله الشيخ على أن التكذيب انما هو للتعميم لا يحرم الا صيد ما بين الحرمين.ص 563
