عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

مَنْ أُخِذَتْ مِنْهُ أَرْضٌ ثُمَّ مَكَثَ ثَلَاثَ سِنِينَ لَا يَطْلُبُهَا لَمْ يَحِلَّ لَهُ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ أَنْ يَطْلُبَهَا.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Isma’il ibn Marrar from Yunus from a man who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If you take a land from someone who does not demand it back for three years he loses the right to demand it thereafter.’”
