3. Aban has narrated from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn abu ‘Abd Allah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A woman who has control of her affairs can marry whomever she likes or she can appoint someone as her guardian.’”
