عَنْهُ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا الْمُؤْمِنِ أَوْ بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَهُ رَجُلٌ وَ لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ عَمَّارٍ السِّجِسْتَانِيِّ قَالَ:

4. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Zakariya al-Mu’min or between him and him there is a man whom I do not know except that he narrated to me from ‘Ammar al-Sajistaniy who said: "I heard abu 'Abdillah (AS) say to a servant of his: 'Go and say to the judge: The Messenger of Allah (sw) said, 'The limit for a woman by which her husband can have sex with her is when she is nine years old.'"
