وَ رَوَى جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْهُ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

[3]ظاهره عدم جزئية السلام الصلاة و يمكن ابتناء الجواز على أنّه إذا نسى جاز انفصاله عن الصلاة و ذلك لا ينافى جزئيته للصلاة كما مرّ في الركعتين المنفصلتين و كما في الاجزاء المنسية( مراد) و في بعض النسخ« فصلاته جائزة».ص 349
