وَ رَوَى عُمَرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

مَنْ قَالَ فِي وَتْرِهِ إِذَا أَوْتَرَ- أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ رَبِّي وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً وَ وَاظَبَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ حَتَّى تَمْضِيَ سَنَةٌ كَتَبَهُ اللَّهُ عِنْدَهُ مِنَ الْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِالْأَسْحارِ وَ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَ الْمَغْفِرَةُ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ.

Hadith.1405 - It is narrated from Umar ibn Yazid that Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that He said: "Whoever says during his Witr prayer (while performing the single-unit prayer of Witr) 'Astaghfirullah Rabbi wa Atubu Ilayh' (I seek forgiveness from Allah (swt), my Lord (azj), and I turn to Him in repentance) seventy times, and continues to do so regularly until a year passes, Allah (swt) will write him among 'those who seek forgiveness in the early hours of the morning,' and Paradise and forgiveness from Allah (swt), the Mighty and Glorious, will become obligatory for him."

[1]أي من الذين مدحهم اللّه تعالى في كتابه العزيز و وعد قبول دعائهم( سلطان) ايماء بقبول استغفارهم فيغفر لهم و الا فمجرد الاستغفار بالسحر يصدق عليه أنّه من المستغفرين بالاسحار، و يمكن أن يقال أيضا: المراد بالمستغفرين بالاسحار ليس كون المجموع مستغفرين بالاسحار حتّى يتحقّق على التوزيع بكون كل واحد مستغفرا بسحر، بل المراد كون كل واحد مستغفرا بالاسحار و ظاهر ذلك تقتضى كونه مستغفرا في جميع أسحار عمره فيخصص بالحديث باسحار سنة و يكون استغفاره في كل سحر سبعين مرة، و قوله« و واظب على ذلك» يقتضى اتصال الليالى و لا يكفى في ذلك عدد أيّام السنة على التفريق.( مراد).ص 489
