لَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُسْتَظَلَّ فِي الْمَحْمِلِ وَ الْفَرْقُ بَيْنَهُمَا أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تَطْمَثُ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَتَقْضِي الصِّيَامَ وَ لَا تَقْضِي الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ صَدَقْتَ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ.

Hadith.2674 - It was narrated from Al-Husayn ibn Muslim, who said: I asked Abu Ja'far the Second (as): "What is the difference between a tent (fusṭāṭ) and the shade of a litter (maḥmil)?" Imam (as) said: "One should not seek shade in the maḥmil. The difference between them is like the case of a woman who menstruates during Month of Ramadan; she makes up the fasts but does not make up the prayers." I replied: "You have spoken the truth, may I be your ransom."

[5]كذا في أكثر النسخ و في الرجال أيضا و قالوا هو من أصحاب الجواد عليه السلام و في بعض النسخ« الحسين بن سالم» و لعلّه هو الصواب لما كان في المشيخة من عنوانه و عدم عنوان الأوّل و في طريقه أبو عبد اللّه الخراسانيّ و هو مجهول و اسمه غير معلوم، و فيه عبد اللّه ابن جبلة و هو واقفى موثّق.ص 353
