إِنَّهَا تُوهِي السِّقَاءَ وَ تُضْرِمُ الْبَيْتَ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ.

Hadith.2718 - Hanan ibn Sadir narrated from Abu Ja'far (as) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) commanded the killing of a mouse in the Sacred Sanctuary, as well as a snake, a scorpion, and a pied crow. If you strike it, may Allah (swt) distance it [from His mercy]." He (sw) used to call the mouse "al-Fuwaysiqah" (the little corrupt one) and said: "It weakens water-skins and sets houses on fire for their inhabitants."

[5]الظاهر أنّه سقط« عن أبيه» فانه لم يدرك أبا جعفر عليه السلام كما نص عليه الكشّيّ.ص 363
[6]يدل على جواز قتل هذه الحيوانات في الحرم كما يجوز قتلها للمحرم. و الغراب الابقع أى الا بلق« ترميه» عن ظهر بعيرك لئلا يؤذيه بأكل سنامه المجروح« فان أصبته» بالرمى و قتلته« فأبعده اللّه» برميك و اصابته و ان قتلته وقع القتل موقعه فلعنه اللّه. و« توهى السقاء» أي تخرقه و تشقه أو تضعفه بمضغ حبله و رباطه و يذهب الماء في الموضع الذي هو فيه كالحياة، و تضرم البيت على أهله» بجر فتيلة السراج و كانه وقع مرة أو مرّات فاشتهرت بذلك و المراد بالبيت ما فيه أو بيوت العرب فانها من القصب و الجلد غالبا، و الظاهر استواء حكم المحرم و الحرم في ذلك.( م ت).ص 363
