أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَتَى أَهْلَهُ وَ عَلَيْهِ طَوَافُ النِّسَاءِ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ بَدَنَةٌ ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ آخَرُ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْهَا فَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ بَقَرَةٌ ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ آخَرُ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْهَا فَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ شَاةٌ فَقُلْتُ بَعْدَ مَا قَامُوا أَصْلَحَكَ اللَّهُ كَيْفَ قُلْتَ عَلَيْهِ بَدَنَةٌ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ مُوسِرٌ وَ عَلَيْكَ بَدَنَةٌ وَ عَلَى الْوَسَطِ بَقَرَةٌ وَ عَلَى الْفَقِيرِ شَاةٌ. مَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمُحْرِمِ قَتْلُهُ

Hadith.2716 - It is narrated from Khalid, the seller of caps, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who had intercourse with his wife before completing the Tawaf al-Nisa. Imam (as) said: "He must offer a camel (as expiation)." Then another person came and asked him about the same situation. Imam (as) said: "He must offer a cow." Then another person came and asked him. Imam (as) said: "He must offer a sheep." I said to him after they had left: "May Allah (swt) set you right, how is it that you said a camel for one, a cow for another, and a sheep for the last?" Imam (as) said: "For the wealthy, it is a camel; for one of moderate means, it is a cow; and for the poor, it is a sheep."

[1]لعل الإمام عليه السلام علم أن الرجل الذي سأل الرسول عن حاله هو الراوي نفسه فلذا خاطبه بالحكم و قال: أنت موسر.ص 363
[2]المشهور أنّه لو جامع قبل الوقوف بالمشعر يفسد عليه حجه و يلزمه بدنة و ان كان بعد الوقوف و قبل طواف النساء لا يفسد حجه و لزمه بدنة و ان جامع بعد الوقوف و قبل طواف الزيارة لزمه بدنة فان عجز فبقرة أو شاة.ص 363
