وَ سَأَلَهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَقْدَمُ حَاجّاً وَ قَدِ اشْتَدَّ عَلَيْهِ الْحَرُّ فَيَطُوفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ وَ يُؤَخِّرُ السَّعْيَ إِلَى أَنْ يَبْرُدَ فَقَالَ

Hadith.2825 - Abdullah ibn Sinan asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who arrives for Hajj and finds the heat unbearable, so he performs Tawaf around the Ka'bah but delays the Sa’y until it cools down. Abu Abdullah (as) replied: "There is no harm in doing so, and I have sometimes done it myself."

[1]يدلّ على تأخير السّعى مع إيقاعه في يوم الطواف و لا خلاف فيه، قال في الدّروس لا يجوز تأخير السعى عن يوم الطواف الى الغد في المشهور الا لضرورة فلو أخره أثم و أجزأ، و قال المحقق يجوز تأخيره الى الغد و لا يجوز عن الغد، و الأول مرويّ و في خبر عبد اللّه بن سنان يجوز تأخيره الى الليل.( المرآة).ص 405
