و روي عن معاوية بن عمار قال قلت

لأبي عبد الله ع الرجل يخرج في تجارة إلى مكة أو يكون له إبل فيكريها حجتُهُ نَاقِصَةٌ أَوْ تَامَّةٌ قَالَ لَا بَلْ حَجَّتُهُ تَامَّةٌ.

Hadith.2880 - It was narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar, who said: I said to Abu Abdullah (as): "A man travels for trade to Mecca or has camels that he rents out. Is his Hajj considered incomplete or complete?" Imam (as) said: "No, rather his Hajj is complete."

[1]يدل على أنّه لا يضر بصحة الحجّ نية التجارة و الكراية و غيرهما إذا كان الحجّ للّه أو منضمّا بل لا يضر التجارة في أصله كالنائب فانه لو لم يكن مال الاجارة لا يذهب الى الحجّ لكن لما آجر نفسه صار الحجّ واجبا عليه( م ت) أقول: المناسب للحديث أن يذكر في الباب التالى المعقود لمثله.ص 428
