قَالَ وَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ- فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَ مَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ لِمَنِ اتَّقى فَقَالَ يَتَّقِي الصَّيْدَ حَتَّى يَنْفِرَ أَهْلُ مِنًى فِي النَّفْرِ الْأَخِيرِ.

Hadith.3016 - He said, and I heard him say regarding the verse of Allah (swt), the Exalted: "Whoever hastens to leave in two days, there is no sin upon him, and whoever delays, there is no sin upon him—for the one who is conscious (of Allah (swt))." (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:203): "It means that one should avoid hunting until the people of Mina depart on the final day of departure (nafr al-akhir)."

[1]أي يجوز أن يعجّل إذا اتّقى الصيد حتّى ينفر أهل منى في النفر الأخير، و المشهور أن المراد أن التخيير لمن اتقى في احرامه عن الصيد و النساء، و يمكن تعميم هذا الخبر بحيث يشمل ما قبله أيضا.( م ت).ص 480
