رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ

إِذَا ذَبَحَ الرَّجُلُ وَ حَلَقَ فَقَدْ أَحَلَّ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَحْرَمَ مِنْهُ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَ الطِّيبَ فَإِذَا زَارَ الْبَيْتَ وَ طَافَ وَ سَعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَ الْمَرْوَةِ فَقَدْ أَحَلَّ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَحْرَمَ مِنْهُ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ فَإِذَا طَافَ طَوَافَ النِّسَاءِ فَقَدْ أَحَلَّ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَحْرَمَ مِنْهُ إِلَّا الصَّيْدَ.

Hadith.3095 - Muawiyah ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: "When a man slaughters (his sacrifice) and shaves his head, he is permitted everything he was prohibited from due to Ihram except women and perfume. When he visits the House, performs Tawaf, and walks between Safa and Marwah, he is permitted everything he was prohibited from due to Ihram except women. When he performs the Tawaf of Women, he is permitted everything he was prohibited from due to Ihram except hunting."

[3]المراد بالصيد هنا الحرمى لا الاحرامى كما هو واضح، لكن أفتى ابن الجنيد بخلافه و يؤيده ظاهر بعض الروايات التي تدلّ على أنّه لا يجوز للمحرم الصيد الا بعد النفر الثاني، و في شرح اللمعة. الأقوى حل الاحرام من الصيد بطواف النساء.ص 507
