رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ

أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ جَهِلَ أَنْ يُقَصِّرَ مِنْ شَعْرِهِ أَوْ يَحْلِقَهُ حَتَّى ارْتَحَلَ مِنْ مِنًى قَالَ فَلْيَرْجِعْ إِلَى مِنًى حَتَّى يُلْقِيَ شَعْرَهُ بِهَا حَلْقاً كَانَ أَوْ تَقْصِيراً وَ عَلَى الصَّرُورَةِ الْحَلْقُ. وَ رُوِيَ أَنَّهُ يَحْلِقُ بِمَكَّةَ وَ يَحْمِلُ شَعْرَهُ إِلَى مِنًى.

Hadith.3093 - Ali ibn Abi Hamzah narrated from Abu Basir, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who, out of ignorance, failed to shorten or shave his hair before leaving Mina. Imam (as) said: "He should return to Mina and discard his hair there, whether by shaving or shortening. For someone performing Hajj for the first time, shaving is obligatory." It is also narrated: "He may shave in Mecca and carry his hair to Mina."

[2]يدل على أنّه لا بدّ للجاهل أن يرجع الى منى للحلق و التقصير، و لعله محمول على الإمكان و يدلّ على تعين الحلق على الصرورة و حمل في المشهور على تأكد الاستحباب، و قال الشيخ بتعينه على الصرورة و على الملبد.( المرآة).ص 506
[1]أصل الخبر كما رواه الكليني ج 4 ص 503 في الحسن كالصحيح عن حفص البخترى الثقة عن أبي عبد اللّه عليه السلام هكذا« فى رجل يحلق رأسه بمكّة؟ قال: يرد الشعر الى منى» و لا يخفى اختلاف المفهومين.ص 507
