Hadith.3372 - Imam (as) said: "There is no preemption (shufah) for a Jew or a Christian, and preemption is only for a partner who has not yet divided."

[1]رواه الشيخ و الكليني عن القمّيّ، عن أبيه، عن النوفليّ، عن السكونى عن أبي عبد اللّه عليه السلام، و قوله عليه السلام:« ليس لليهودى- الخ» أي على المسلم للإجماع على ثبوتها لهما على غير المسلم، و عدم ثبوت شفعة الكافر على المسلم أيضا اجماعى.ص 78
