رُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي شُعْبَةَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَأْكُلُ مُتَّكِئاً ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص فَقَالَ

Hadith.4248 - It is narrated from Umar ibn Abi Shu'bah who said: "I saw Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) eating while reclining. Then Imam (as) mentioned the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family, and said: 'He never ate while reclining until he passed away.' "

[6]رواه في المحاسن عنه عن أبيه أنّه رآه عليه السلام يفعل ذلك و فيه« عمر بن أبي سعيد» و هو تصحيف و الصواب ما في الفقيه. و لعلّ فعله مع ذكره صفة أكل النبيّ صلّى اللّه عليه و آله لبيان الجواز أو كان معذورا و ذلك لئلا يتوهم أنّه فعل ذلك على سبيل الاستحباب.ص 354
