Hadith.4303 - Ali ibn Ja'far asked his brother Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) about a man who takes an oath and then forgets what he said. Imam (as) replied: "It is based on what he intended."

[4]مروى في قرب الإسناد ص 121 مسندا و فيه« ما حاله» بدل« ما قاله» و لعله تصحيف و حاصله أن السائل سأل عن حالف قصد الحلف على شيء فحلف ثمّ نسى كلامه و لم يدر هل كان حلفه يطابق نيته أولا فأجاب عليه السلام إذا نسى و لم يدر فهو على نيته.ص 371
