[5]لم أجده مسندا فان كان المراد ما رواه الكليني في القوى عن سليمان الجعفرى عن أبى الحسن عليه السلام قال:« من أتى أهله في محاق الشهر فليسلم لسقط الولد» فهو يدل على كراهة الوطى دون التزويج، و الظاهر أن المراد بالتزويج العقد.ص 394
