وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ السَّكُونِيِّ أَنَّهُ رُفِعَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ع‌ رَجُلٌ وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةِ أَبِيهِ فَرَجَمَهُ وَ كَانَ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ‌.

Hadith.5045 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, it was reported to Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) that a man had committed fornication with his father's wife, so Imam (as) ordered him to be stoned, even though he was not married (non-muhṣan).
