Hadith.5430 - Ṣafwan narrated from Murazim from some of our companions regarding a man who gives something from his wealth during his illness. Imam (as) said: "If he gives it explicitly (clearly handing it over), then it is valid. But if he bequeaths it (without handing it over), then it must be from one-third of his estate." Hadith.5467 - And the confirmation of this is what Ṣafwan narrated from Murazim regarding a man who gives something from his wealth during his illness. Imm (as) said: "If he clearly transfers it (during his lifetime), then it is valid. However, if he bequeaths it (for after his death), then it is only from one-third of his wealth."
