Hadith.650 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "The beginning of the time (for Dhuhr prayer) is at the sun's decline (from its zenith), and it is the initial time decreed by Allah (swt), and it is the best of them."

[1]أي أول الوقت أفضل الوقتين الأول و الآخر فيكون من قبيل زيد أفضل الناس لا من قبيل يوسف أحسن أخوته( مراد) و قال المولى المجلسيّ- رحمه اللّه-: أفضل الوقتين في هذه الأخبار محمول على من لم يصل النوافل، و قيل: المراد بها ما بعد وقت النافلة.ص 217
