[١]كذا مضمرا. و جرموق: خف واسع قصير يلبس فوق الخف.( القاموس)
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي الْحَسَنِ ع أَعْتَرِضُ السُّوقَ فَأَشْتَرِي خُفّاً لَا أَدْرِي أَ ذَكِيٌّ هُوَ أَمْ لَا قَالَ صَلِّ فِيهِ قُلْتُ فَالنَّعْلُ قَالَ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ قُلْتُ إِنِّي أَضِيقُ مِنْ هَذَا قَالَ أَ تَرْغَبُ عَمَّا كَانَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ ع يَفْعَلُهُ.
31. Ali has narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from certain persons of his people from al-Hassan ibn al-Jahm who has said the following: “I once said to abu al-Hassan (a.s.), that I visit the market and buy a slipper but I do not know if it is from properly slaughtered animal or not. He (the Imam) said, ‘Perform Salah (prayer) with it.’ I then asked, ‘Can I use such shoes?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘It is the same as slippers.’ I then said, ‘I am not comfortable with it.’ He (the Imam) asked, ‘Do you dislike what abu al-Hassan (a.s.), would do?”’

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي جُرْمُوقٍ وَ أَتَيْتُهُ بِجُرْمُوقٍ فَبَعَثْتُ بِهِ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ يُصَلَّى فِيهِ.
32. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ibrahim ibn Mahziyar who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a Jurmuq (a larger slipper worn over another one) if it is permissible to perform Salah (prayer) with it and I showed it to him (the Imam) and he (the Imam) said, ‘It is permissible to perform Salah (prayer) with it.’”

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى وَ فِي كُمِّهِ طَيْرٌ قَالَ إِنْ خَافَ الذَّهَابَ عَلَيْهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ قَالَ وَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْخَلَاخِلِ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لِلنِّسَاءِ وَ الصِّبْيَانِ لُبْسُهَا فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَتْ صَمَّاءَ فَلَا بَأْسَ وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ لَهَا صَوْتٌ فَلَا.
33. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy from Ali ibn Ja‘far who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about a man who performed Salah (prayer) with a bird in his sleeve. He (the Imam) said, ‘If he is afraid about it then it is not harmful.’ He (the narrator) has said that he then asked him (the Imam) about anklets if women and children could use them during Salah (prayer). He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not an offense if they are silent, but if they make noise then it is not permissible.’”

34. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu al-Fadl al-Mada’iniy from those who narrated to him who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A man does not perform Salah (prayer) with a waistband which has an iron key.’”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لَا يُصَلِّ الرَّجُلُ وَ فِي يَدِهِ خَاتَمُ حَدِيدٍ. - وَ رُوِيَ إِذَا كَانَ الْمِفْتَاحُ فِي غِلَافٍ فَلَا بَأْسَ.
35. Ali has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah has said, ‘A man does not perform Salah (prayer) wearing an iron ring.’” “It is narrated that if a key is inside cover then it is not an offense.” (Ahadith 1-35 of this chapter are best explained by fatwa.)

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى فِي ثَوْبِ رَجُلٍ أَيَّاماً ثُمَّ إِنَّ صَاحِبَ الثَّوْبِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ لَا يُصَلَّى فِيهِ قَالَ لَا يُعِيدُ شَيْئاً مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ.
1. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amir Ali ibn Mahziyar from Safwan from al-‘Is ibn al-Qasim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who performs Salah (prayer) wearing another man’s clothes for many days, then the owner of clothes inform him that he does not wear them for Salah (prayer). He (the Imam) said, ‘He does not need to perform any of his Salah (prayer) again.’”

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُصَلِّي وَ فِي ثَوْبِهِ عَذِرَةٌ مِنْ إِنْسَانٍ أَوْ سِنَّوْرٍ أَوْ كَلْبٍ أَ يُعِيدُ صَلَاتَهُ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ لَمْ يَعْلَمْ فَلَا يُعِيدُ.
2. Through the same chain of narrators as that of the previous Hadith it is narrated from Ali ibn Mahziyar from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who performs Salah (prayer) and there is feces of human being, cat or dog in his clothes, ‘Must he perform his Salah (prayer) again?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘He is not required to perform his Salah (prayer) again, if he did not know about it.’”
