13. Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from certain individuals of Talibiyin, also called R’as al-Madariy who has said the following: “I heard abu al-Hassan al-Rida (a.s.), say, ‘The best place for the feet, during Salah (prayer) is one’s shoes (clean Arabic shoes).”’
