عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

كَانَ صَدَاقُ فَاطِمَةَ ع جَرْدَ بُرْدٍ حِبَرَةٍ وَ دِرْعَ حُطَمِيَّةٍ وَ كَانَ فِرَاشُهَا إِهَابَ كَبْشٍ يُلْقِيَانِهِ وَ يَفْرُشَانِهِ وَ يَنَامَانِ عَلَيْهِ

5. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn walid al-Khazzaz from Yunus ibn Ya’qub from abu Maryam al-Ansariy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said that mahr (dower) of Fatimah, ‘Alayha al-Salam, was from a gown which was patched, a shield of Hatmiyah and her bed was of hide of a ram which the wife and husband used as floor covering and bed on which they would sleep.’”
