1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Khalid from his father from Muhammad ibn Sinan from “Amr ibn Muslim from al-Thumaliy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘Of men very few find salvation and from women that number is even less and less.’ It was asked, ‘Why is it so O Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause?’ He (the Messenger of Allah) replied, because they are unbelievers in anger (in it they may act like unbelievers) and believers in consent.’”
