[١]النطيحة هي التي نطحتها بهيمة اخرى حتّى ماتت، و المتردية التي تردى في بئر و نحوهما فماتت.
[٢]الموقوذة التي قتل بخشب او حجر او نحو ذلك.
[٣]عمل بمضمونها الشيخ و المفيد و ذهب ابن إدريس إلى بقاء المرق على نجاسته و في المختلف حمل الدم على ما ليس بنجس كدم السمك و شبهه و هو خلاف الظاهر حيث علل بان الدم تأكله النار و لو كان طاهرا لعلل بطهارته.( آت)

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الْحُوَارِ تُذَكَّى أُمُّهُ أَ يُؤْكَلُ بِذَكَاتِهَا فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ تَمَاماً وَ نَبَتَ عَلَيْهِ الشَّعْرُ فَكُلْ. - عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مِثْلَهُ.
3. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from Ya‘qub ibn who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the young of camel when the mother is slaughtered; if it can also be used for food because its mother is slaughtered. He (the Imam) said, ‘If it is formed completely and hairs or its fur has grown, then you can use it for food.’” A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn abu Nasr from Dawud ibn al-Haseen from Ya‘qub ibn Shu’ayb from abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, a similar Hadith.

[2]الحوار- بالضم و قد يكسر-: ولد الناقة ساعة تضعه او الى ان ينفصل من أمه.( القاموس)ص 234
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الشَّاةِ يَذْبَحُهَا وَ فِي بَطْنِهَا وَلَدٌ وَ قَدْ أَشْعَرَ فَقَالَ ع ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ.
4. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a sheep which is slaughtered and its young, which has grown its wool, is found inside. He (the Imam) said, ‘Slaughtering for it is the slaughtering of its mother.’”

فِي الْجَنِينِ إِذَا أَشْعَرَ فَكُلْ وَ إِلَّا فَلَا تَأْكُلْ. يَعْنِي إِذَا لَمْ يُشْعِرْ.
5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from (his father) from Harun ibn Muslim from Mas’adah ibn Sadaqah who has said the following: “About the case of a young found inside an animal which is slaughtered, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘You can use it for food if it has grown hairs, otherwise, do not use it for food, that is, if it has not grown any hairs.’”

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ع يَقُولُ النَّطِيحَةُ وَ الْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَ مَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِذَا أَدْرَكْتَ ذَكَاتَهُ فَكُلْ.
1. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from af-Washsha’ who has said the foiiowing: “Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), would say, ‘If you arrive in time (when it still is alive) to slaughter an animal butted by other animals, fallen from height or eaten by predators, you can use it for food.’”

لَا تَأْكُلْ مِنْ فَرِيسَةِ السَّبُعِ وَ لَا الْمَوْقُوذَةِ وَ لَا الْمُتَرَدِّيَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ تُدْرِكَهَا حَيَّةً فَتُذَكِّيَ.
2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Aii ibn ai-Hakam from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Do not use for food an animal eaten by predator, injured because of fall of something on it or fallen from height, unless you arrive in time (when it is still alive) to slaughter it properly.’”

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ قِدْرٍ فِيهَا جَزُورٌ وَقَعَ فِيهَا مِقْدَارُ أُوقِيَّةٍ مِنْ دَمٍ أَ يُؤْكَلُ فَقَالَ ع نَعَمْ لِأَنَّ النَّارَ تَأْكُلُ الدَّمَ.
1. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from Sa‘id al-A’raj who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a cooking pot with camel’s meat in it being cooked and an amount of blood equal to an Awqiyah (one ounce) falls; if the content of the pot can be used for food. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, because fire eats the blood.’”
